Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and customer outcomes.
- Manage the retail sales pipeline and lead funnel across showroom, digital, event, and other customer touchpoints.
- Lead product strategy, specification, and ordering, working closely with the manufacturer and internal stakeholders to deliver the optimal product mix and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to enhance product-market fit.
- Manage new and used vehicle inventory to maximize sales opportunities while minimizing commercial risk.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a focus on achieving industry‑leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
