Sales Manager

Systems APAC is hiring Sales Manager to drive business growth across Indonesia. This role will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering revenue growth across the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue growth across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance customers in Indonesia and Vietnam.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Leverage established relationships within banks, insurance companies, FinTechs, and financial institutions to generate qualified opportunities.
• Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
