Join us now as Sales Manager in Japan within the Japan Retail Sales, Distribution AP. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the documents which the outsourcing service provider provides for AGI Japan collaboratively, check and maintain the correctness and quality of the documents.

What you do

• Fund Documentation for Retail Public Funds
  • Fund registration statement (semi-annually): Creation, filing through FSA system (EDINET).
  • Securities/Fund report (semi-annually): Creation, filing through EDINET.
  • Interim-Financial report of Funds (semi-annually): Creation, filing through EDINET.
  • Extraordinary report (ad-hoc): Creation, filing through EDINET.
  • Prospectus for delivery (semi-annually): Creation, send to distributor, Hard documents delivered only upon request.
