Opportunity Description

BASIC FUNCTION


The Sales Manager leads the growth and overall management of the company’s Foodservice channel. The role develops strategic plans, drives sales performance, builds strong partnerships with key clients (hotels, QSRs, fine dining, buffets, cafés/bistros), and oversees the sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and market expansion goals.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets for the Foodservice channel.
  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and report growth metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and conduct ideation sessions with decision-makers.
  • Work with Marketing on promotions and with Product Development on food applications/menu concepts.
  • Formulate pricing strategies to drive competitiveness and penetration.
