Opportunity Description
SUMMARY:
Our client within the flavour & fragrance industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. Previous experience managing a team and travelling into Africa will be required.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification an added bonus
- 5+ years experience in sales and marketing (preference will be given to someone coming from the flavour/colour/ingredients/fragrance sectors)
- Previous experience managing a team - essential
- Sales experience and sales management experience into Africa is an advantage but preferred
- Must be able to travel monthly to coastal regions of SA and also in Africa (Zim, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Ghana, Zambia, Botswana)
- Must have strong analytical skills, be fully computer literate, must be strong with Excel and enjoy working with data
- Must have managed a sales team before- current team is 8 people
