This provincial role combines commercial strategy, team leadership, and execution excellence, offering the opportunity to shape the province’s market presence and develop a high‑performing sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the Ontario sales team, setting objectives, call cycles, and channel priorities to achieve growth targets.
• Create and execute the annual Provincial Business Plan (sales and expenses) in alignment with company strategy, monitor KPIs, and adjust tactics to maximize provincial growth.
