Opportunity Description
- Responsible for the Mortgage Team’s Mortgage sales performance/target.
- Lead and coach a team of PBM (around 6-13 headcount) for sales activities and campaigns.
- To support the region’s BDM Secured Assets and RSH Assets by conducting product briefing, ongoing training,coaching, guidance, echance sales productivity and engagement with PBM.
- Ensure efficient Performance Tracking & continuously adapting new business strategies to improve sales.
- Ensure customer service is competitive vs industry level.
- Meet compliance requirement as per our Banking Guideline.
- To create product awareness in the market by establishing strong networking with internal and external customers.
- Establish and enhance repport with our business partners i.e.Real Estate Agents,Valuer,Solicitors & Developers.
- Establish rapport with our stateholdrs i.e. Community Banking,CBBC & Corporate Banking for business opportunities.
