Associated Fire Protection is looking for a highly motived, driving, people focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and the Fire Protection industry.
Essential Functions- included but not limited to:
Leadership & Management
+ Lead, mentor and supervise all Sales department staff, including responsibility for recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and discipline actions.
+ Oversee department budgeting; assist with monthly close procedures, management reporting, and annual budget preparation.
+ Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
+ Track KPI's such as revenue, conversion rates and pipeline health.
