Sales Manager - Polymer Sales

Role Purpose
The Manager Sales– Polymer Trade will lead Engro Eximp Fze's commercial presence and expansion in Bangladesh. The incumbent will own the country sales strategy, build a strong customer portfolio across polymer-consuming sectors, drive volume and margin growth, and establish Engro as a preferred trading partner in one of the region's most strategically important markets. This is a hybrid role with flexibility between office and remote working.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Development
Develop and execute the polymer sales strategy for Egypt in alignment with FZE's global commercial objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities across packaging, automotive, construction, FMCG, and other polymer-consuming sectors.
Continuously analyse market trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform commercial decisions and shape sourcing strategy.
