Key Responsibilities 1. Global Sales Hub Management Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Representatives working across early, late, and graveyard shifts Performance Tracking: Monitor live chats, emails, and calls regarding product inquiries, order tracking, and technical sales support Scheduling: Ensure proper coverage to meet the needs of our global markets (from 8 am SAST to 5 pm PST) Quality Control: Maintain the highest standard of product knowledge and customer service across all e-commerce platforms 2.
