Sales Manager (Retail/Central/5 days)

Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partners, and markets across SEA. Lead market entry and store expansion (mono-brand and multi-brand). Develop business plans including sales forecasts, investment, and ROI projections. Conduct annual SWOT analyses and translate insights into sales strategies. Build and manage relationships with distributors and online partners. Drive sales performance, pricing discipline, forecasting, and inventory health. Conduct regular partner reviews and corrective action planning. Support execution of global campaigns and monthly marketing assets across channels. Coordinate product, brand, and sales training with internal stakeholders. Develop joint promotions to improve sales, product mix, and inventory turnover.
