Key Responsibilities
- As a Sales Manager, he or she has to make active contacts with architects, designers, contractors to generate sales enquiries, follow through to close teh sales
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable stone or surface solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Keep accurate records and pay close attention to details throughout the sales process right through payment collection
- Able to achieve monthly sales target
- Nurture and build a sales team under him/her
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Passionate about design, materials, building and interior trade
- Driven, proactive, and results-focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Furniture, building materials, or interior-related industries is an advantage
