Sales Manager - Structural Heart

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Technical and Clinical Support**

+ Develop and execute territory and distributor sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
+ Manage and drive distributor performance, including forecasting, inventory, and pipeline management
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
+ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
+ Provide clinical and product support including case coverage and training where required
+ Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, operation, leadership) to ensure alignment and execution
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies
+ Support tender submissions, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations within guidelines
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
