Opportunity Description

Sales Performance & Revenue Ownership

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to acquire new accounts.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the PH sales team.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and Representatives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct structured reviews.
  • Build leadership capability and succession readiness.

Operational & Process Management

  • Drive CRM discipline and sales process compliance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement scalable improvements.
  • Coordinate effectively with Marketing and Operations teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Deliver performance reports and business insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support company growth priorities.
