Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow assigned product lines locally and overseas
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins
- Prepare sales forecasts, annual plans, and tailored customer proposals
- Expand market presence through client visits and new customer acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, principals, and key suppliers
- Implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technology developments
- Ensure compliance with ISO management systems
- Support team growth through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engine spare parts sales within marine, offshore, or oil & gas sectors
