Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage direct customer sourcing through contact center & openmarket to pitch business loan products to build a quality portfolio
for the company.
• Conduct & Oversee marketing, sales & brand building activities to
attract new customers in their respective region.
• Meeting customers, negotiating, and explaining the BL product to
the customers. Completing the documentation and closing the
Business Loan transaction.
• Enduring pre and post loan disbursal activities are carried out for
business loans, and work towards renewal clients.
• Control, monitor & expand distribution network, carry out
marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new
customers.
• Review team performers on a regular basis and feedback to
superiors.
• Working with support functions for optimum TAT & service
delivery
