Role Overview:
Responsible for selling the Bank’s acquired real estate properties by securing the best possible offers from qualified buyers within target timelines and acceptable returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Source buyers through direct sales and an established broker networkSecure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactionsArrange and conduct site trippings and property inspections with prospects and brokersEnsure complete and accurate submission of buyers’ documentary requirementsEvaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval Job Qualifications:
