Sales Officer (Retail)

Position Purpose:

• Responsible for implementing action plans to support ILIN Retail strategy execution at assigned territory.


• Establishes, maintains, and expands Retail Business in assigned Area/ Distributors.


• Provide high level of customer service and building relations at different levels in the retail sales channel (Distributor, Retailer, IWS, Mechanic)


• Coach Distributor sales team/MSR to excecute daily task

Duties & Responsibility:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for lubricants products.


• Develop and expand the aftermarket and retail network in the assigned territory.


• Identify new business opportunities through garages, workshops, retailers, fleet owners and distributors.
