Opportunity Description
The Onboarding and Accreditation Supervisor will oversee the integration of new sales hires and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. This role is responsible for designing and executing onboarding programs, monitoring accreditation requirements, and supporting the professional development of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage onboarding processes for new sales team members, ensuring smooth integration into company culture and systems.
