Opportunity Description
Ahria consulting is excited to partner with Pulse Infoframe in their search for a Sales Operations & Business Coordinator to manage the 'deal-to-cash' lifecycle.
This role is the critical backbone of our sales organization, responsible for ensuring HubSpot data accuracy, managing contract/SOW logistics and providing high-level administrative leverage to the CEO/CRO.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Act as the ultimate authority on CRM data integrity. You will audit the pipeline weekly, enforce data entry standards for the sales team, and produce accurate reporting for leadership.
- Contract & SOW Administration: Own the document preparation process. You will draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts from templates, manage the redline/negotiation logistics, and drive the e-signature process to completion.
