Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Manager (Asia) is responsible for optimizing the operational effectiveness of the Strategic Account Sales organization across Asia. Based in Singapore, this role leads the Sales Operations and Order Management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience—from order entry through final delivery and commissioning. The position oversees sales reporting, forecasting, CRM and data governance, process standardization, risk management, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders. The role ensures high productivity, consistent execution, and scalable support for the Asia Strategic Accounts business.
