Job Title: Sales Operations Manager Location:  BGC, Taguig (Full-time, Onsite) Job Summary We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end sales operations of our installment lending business.

The role is responsible for improving merchant acquisition, sales conversion, loan disbursement efficiency, and overall sales productivity across retail, field, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer finance or fintech installment lending and possesses a deep understanding of merchant operations, POS financing, sales funnel management, and credit-risk coordination.

This role will work closely with Sales, Credit Risk, Operations, Product, and Collections teams to ensure sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining healthy credit quality.
