Opportunity Description
The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for leading and managing partner performance, commercial policy, data analytics, to support profitable growth and effective decision-making.
The role manages a multi-disciplinary team and partners closely with Sales, Channel Marketing and other key stakeholders to strengthen partner performance, commercial policy execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Partner Management: Rebate management, Contract & Annex management for partners from channels
* Coordinate country-level partner strategic planning and progress tracking activities.
* Support business by providing sales analysis data with recommendations for improvement areas / Gap mitigation opportunities related to partners for each channel.
* Commercial Policy: Develop and execute commercial policy strategies to support profitability and margin objectives.
