Sales Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Works with company-wide cross functional teams to provide timely and accurate forecasts to executive teams on Booking/Shipment/Revenue.
• Need to be able to quickly come up to speed on company products and leverage that learning to manage forecasts.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations teams to achieve forecast objectives and align input with company goals on a regular basis.
• Work closely with Sales/Finance/Business Development teams to review and monitor commercial deals execution to ensure compliance and uphold business objectives.
• Support Sales, BD, and R&D teams’ efforts in new business opportunities and understand its potential impact on near‑term and long‑term business forecasts.
• Manage configuration, non‑standard requests, shipment slotting, and shipment delivery.
