Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Salesman is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Addressing customer needs, escalating issues, and ensuring a visually appealing sales floor and a positive shopping experience.
- Arranging the sales floor to be well‑organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Checking inventory levels and informing the supervisor to ensure product availability.
- Building strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and product recommendations, promoting customer loyalty programs, and encouraging repeat business.
