Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities: - Support Sales Engineer/Manager in their work by processing their backend administration and work - Updating asana on sales lead for project department to follow up - Preparing documentations for submission to authorities - Communicating with client on any delays, issues, challenges - Maintain project documentation including presentations, spreadsheets, budgets and reports - Responding to enquiries & quotation requests, providing and maintaining high client satisfaction - Answering phone call and message recording during the absence of Sales personnel. - Generate necessary forms for all transactions â€' POs, DOs, supporting documents. - Following up with client on paperwork and etc. - Prepare sales progress, claims and other reports - Any other duties as assigned.
