Overview:
We are a regulated crypto exchange undergoing rapid growth and international expansion. As a Sales Recruiter, you will lead hiring across a range of sales functions—including OTC and institutional sales, KOL business development, and payment sales—owning end-to-end recruitment for both mid-level and senior roles. You'll partner closely with leadership to identify, engage, and hire top-performing sales talent to drive our global revenue growth.
