Your main responsibilities

Customer Account Management (60%)

+ Build and manage strong client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution with a focus on revenue generation.

+ Meet regularly with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions aligned to their property requirements.

+ Manage accounts receivable for your assigned portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.

+ Communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

+ Collaborate closely with Field Superintendents and technicians to generate leads and deliver a seamless customer experience from initial contact through execution.
