Opportunity Description
- Answers inquiries, phone calls, emails, messengers and other business related group and page.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Possesses in-depth product knowledge and be able to suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers in buying items that they need.
- Achieves sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Responsible for collecting payments from clients and ensuring that all outstanding balances are settled.
- Coordinates with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
