The main purpose of the job is to ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behavior.

1. Maintain Stock levels
2. Attend to Customer requirements
3. Customer Queries resolution
4. Managing the delivery of customer goods
5. Manage Admin function
6. Orders
7. Manage Non-stock items quotations
8. Meet Deliveries deadlines
9. Customer service
