Opportunity Description

Job Purpose To drive the growth of Watu Simu by acquiring new customers, nurturing dealership relationships, and implementing strategic sales and promotional initiatives.


The Sales Representative plays a key role in ensuring product visibility, optimizing retail execution, and achieving defined sales and customer onboarding targets.


This role contributes directly to Watu’s mission of empowering entrepreneurs through accessible and flexible financing solutions.

  •   Customer Acquisition & Sales Performance Identify and recruit new customers to meet set sales and onboarding targets.


    Execute approved promotional campaigns and activation strategies in designated regions.


    Track and report on sales performance and dealership KPIs, recommending improvement actions.
