Opportunity Description
POSITION:The Sales Representative is an active sales role focused on driving new membership growth by building relationships, creating a positive experience, and confidently guiding prospects to a sale. This position also supports member retention through high-level customer service. Compensation is partially performance-based and tied directly to sales results. Boutique fitness experience is a plus, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and closing the sale
Confidently close membership sales while meeting sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer service by building relationships with clients and prospective clients, prioritizing their needs
Maintain a polished and professional studio environment, including keeping the lobby, retail area, and restrooms clean and tidy
