Sales Representative

EZ River Empire Sdn Bhd (Damirals Bread) – Bukit Mertajam, Penang

Responsibilities

• Manage major retail accounts and ensure high product availability.
• Plan daily route visits and adjust strategies to increase sales.
• Identify potential areas to expand market coverage.
• Negotiate with store owners or buyers for better placement or promotions.
• Monitor product movement, expiry, and stock issues, and solve problems quickly.
• Train or guide junior sales staff when needed.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and market updates for management.
• Achieve higher-level sales targets and support overall business growth.

Job Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or bakery sales.
• Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
