- Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.
- Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations
- Engage with private and business customers by phone and email
- Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch Language, C1/C2 level.
- Fluency in English
