Sales & Retention Trainer FX Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Retention Trainer to design, deliver and manage training programs for new and existing agents within the Dubai office. You will be responsible for elevating the performance of Conversion and Retention teams ensuring they follow best practices, understand regulatory expectations and consistently meet targets.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Forex industry , sales psychology , retention strategies and call centre performance metrics .

• Develop, implement and deliver structured training programs for Conversion and Retention teams.
• Conduct onboarding training for new agents covering product knowledge, scripts, compliance, sales techniques and CRM usage.
• Run ongoing refresher sessions, coaching workshops and performance‑improvement programs.
