Key Responsibilities
Support Business Manager in overseeing and executing sales activities and strategies.Streamline processes to improve the section's productivity and efficiency.Serve as primary customer contact; manage negotiations, queries, and documentation.Conduct meetings with customers, including potential travel.Collaborate with QA, logistics, and partners for seamless sales operations.Track sales performance, forecast trends, and assist with budget preparation.Supervise daily sales tasks, mentor team members, and support procurement as needed.Adhere to EHS and QMS standards. Perform additional duties as required.
