Solution Consultant
We’re looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Commercial team and help unleash the potential of every business.
Responsibilities- Support the Sales team by facilitating in‑depth discussions with customers regarding integration, product capabilities, connectivity structure, and best practices.
- Meet with customers and engage in new customer integrations from the technical discovery phase through handover to the implementation team.
- Allocate time to: 60% new business, 10% RFP responses, 10% scope definition, 10% training, 5% voice of customer communications, and 5% delivery engagements.
- Actively support large or complex integrations, engaging with Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, and customers in pre‑sales technical dialogue (proposed integration approach, on‑site meetings, developing presentation materials).
