Importer and distributor of tiles, ceramics, and float glass, serving wholesale, retail, and project-based customers across South Africa and neighbouring markets.

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage a sales team, monitor target completion rates, and handle complex internal cross‑department communication and external customer challenges. The role requires strong communication skills, open‑mind thinking, and the ability to identify the essence behind problems and take action to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, ride‑along field visits, and coaching sessions through training, corrective action, or restructuring where required.
