Sales Support Executive

Support the sales and management teams in marketing and business development activities. Source logistics solutions (Air/Charter/LCL/FCL/RORO/Breakbulk/Cross-border and Project Cargo) and coordinate with overseas agents. Ensure a high level of satisfaction for customers, suppliers, and agents. Manage assigned product(s) to maximize economic benefit for the company while enhancing the reputation of the products and suppliers. Prepare, present, and discuss quotations for all logistics products with accuracy and within required timelines. Conduct market research and communicate market insights and customer feedback to vendors. Handle procurement activities, including cost comparisons with suppliers, and compile cost structures and logistics solutions for specific shipments or projects.
