Opportunity Description
Provide administrative support to the sales team and align job function to meet the annual sales target. Assist the Business Manager and sales team to organize relevant sales activities with regards to new business, renewal retention, new prospect client, agency recruitment and other sales related matters. Engage in effective team communication that will create efficiency, input and understanding and in tandem with the evolving market industry.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable to achieve annual sales targets.
- Manage certificate and quotation issuance for new business and renewal submissions.
New business & renewals
- Prepare quotations, coordinate underwriting processes, and work closely with the Actuarial Team (AO) to deliver competitive proposals. Assist with tender documents when required.
