KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Execute and collaborate to create long term sales plans for customers assigned, monitor and adapt sales activities in accordance with IFF objectives in our Madrid office. Collaboration on development of customer presentations by suppling market intelligence as well as the development of creative slides Project Coordinator with responsibility to manage: Setup in PUMA, review and follow up of projects: client or internal requierments/needs, submissions deadlines, update and clean up of projects. Request of samples for internal or external uses. Technical documentation management: Documents requests (MSDS, PDS, IFRA, Allergens, etc) via Clover upon customer or salesrep request.
