Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales department in performing day-to-day operational tasks.Handle customers' enquiries/requests via phone calls and emails.Process paperwork, issue Sales Quotations, P/Os, Contracts, D/Os or other sales-related documentation. Follow up with overseas sales.Prepare inventory records for reporting purposes.Provide support and coordinate with inter-department to ensure smooth operation. Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
