Sales Support Specialist

> Role Objective:

A key objective of Global Sales Support (SPOC) role is to serve as the central point of contact for the Global Sales and Marketing teams across all verticals including Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Dermatology (excluding India operations). The role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, effective sales support, process compliance, incentive management, documentation control, and alignment with internal stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical ability, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and process-driven execution to support businessobjectives and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relatedfield.
