As a Business Analyst - Sales Systems, you will design and optimise the systems and workflows that power our sales teams. From rethinking how our CRM, dialler and lead platforms connect, to driving automation and improving performance through better processes, you’ll play a critical role in how our sales environment runs day to day.

If you have the following: Experience working with CRM and sales systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot) Strong process mapping, workflow design and system integration capability Experience in a sales‑driven environment (BPO, financial services or telesales) An analytical mindset with a focus on improving efficiency and performance
