Opportunity Description
We are a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Team Lead who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Duties: Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts
Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company's overall objective
Conduct performance management such as supervising and training recruits, driving and growing of the team's KPIs towards achieving recruitment goals
Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
