Sales Team Leader

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Sales Team Leader for our client who specialises in the logistics and road freight industry. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dublin 24, and would suit an experienced and ambitious Sales Team Leader that would like to take on a new challenge is a well branded Logistics Company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager and Inside Sales team in daily operations

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance support to Inside Sales staff

  • Manage sales targets, KPIs, and key performance figures

  • Coordinate sales activities and support sales-related projects

  • Assist with customer portfolio management

  • Encourage a proactive, commercially focused sales approach

  • Guide the team in prioritising sales opportunities based on value and strategy
