As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team productivity, improving conversion performance, developing sales talent, and creating a high-performance culture while remaining actively involved in the business.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor team performance across the full sales funnel, including lead management, conversion rates, pipeline health, and closing efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job development plans for team members
