Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
Customer Prospecting Support:
Assist in qualifying leads, gathering basic customer information, and scheduling meetings for seniors.
Lead Engagement:
Perform first-touch calls or emails to introduce products/services.
Quotation Preparation:
Draft simple quotations and submit for senior/executive review.
CRM Data Entry:
Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and customer details in CRM.
Documentation Support:
File proposals, quotations, and contracts for audit readiness.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with operations/admin teams to check availability, timelines, and ensure smooth handover post‑deal closure.
Payment Support Coordination:
Assist the Accounts team by providing documentation (POs, DOs, sign‑offs) needed for timely customer invoicing and initial payment tracking.
