Sales & Tendering Executive (Automation / BMS)

Role Purpose: This role is responsible for the development of technical and commercial proposals for control and automation project in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The role supports the Singapore sales team by analysing client requirements (RFP/RFQ), preparing system designs, BOQs and cost estimates, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant and profitable tenders that align with the company business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Technical Solution Design: Translate client specifications into robust automation solutions involving PLCs, SCADA, DCS, BMS and DDC systems. Prepare system architectures, network layouts, I/O lists, control philosophies and scope definitions for tender submissions.
Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end bidding process, from initial 'Go/No-Go' analysis to final submission and post-bid support.
