- Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate sales by engaging with clients and explaining product features.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on offerings.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in any field with minimum 60% marks in Matric and Intermediate.
